RENTAL POLICY
Sweden Freezer rents and leases equipment through its leasing division of W. A. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. Ice cream machines, ice merchandisers and ice cream dipping cabinets are rented on a Summer season basis with a single rental payment due at the start of each season plus a $50.00 documentation fee. The season generally runs from spring until the 15th of November of each year. After the initial season the customer is offered three options.
Option one: rent the machine for an additional term and be billed the rental on April 1st of each subsequent rental term. When you use this option you may use the equipment all year long.
Option two: return the equipment prepaid. to our shop at the end of the rental term. Customer is responsible to re package the equipment in a suitable container.
Option three: purchase the equipment at the end of the first season using 100% of the rental fee off the selling price. Call our office at any time to get current purchase prices on equipment or if you have questions.
All other equipment is leased on a monthly basis with all terms a minimum of thirty six months. To start a lease, we need the first and last months payment plus a $50.00 documentation fee. At the end of the first 12 months there are two options that the customer may have.
Option one: continue to rent the equipment till the end of the term. This option automatically starts if the second two options are not exercised.
Option two: purchase the equipment off lease for the original price less 50% of all lease payments that have been made. In all cases the equipment will remain on lease and the property of the lessor until the purchase price has been received in our office and a bill of sale is issued.
At the end of the thirty six months you may use option one or two or three.
Option three: return the equipment PPD. to our shop at the end of the rental term. Customer is responsible to re package the equipment in a suitable box.
Servicing Policy
All equipment is either new or reconditioned prior to being shipped. During the term of the lease the lessor will be responsible to supply to the lessee any parts that may become defective during the term of the lease f.o.b. Winnipeg as part of the rental contract. Rubber gaskets, belts, glass, refrigerants and light bulbs are not included. The lessee is responsible to provide any in field labour to keep the equipment in running condition. Our office will do all in its power to provide any technical expertise that may be required.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in US or CANADIAN dollars. All equipment is shipped F.O.B. Winnipeg. We use Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payment or Direct Bank Withdrawal where applicable. Shipments to Canadian addresses are subject to GST.
